On 18 October ENERGYLAB hosted the workshop ‘Energy Communities as a driver of the energy transition. Multidisciplinary analysis for its development and implementation’, which was framed within the EU-NETS project. In this event we illustrated the results of the project, in particular the training course on Energy Community Manager and the learning platform, specifically developed for this course, and together with experts from the different thematic areas (Social, Economic, Legal and Technical) we presented the opportunity that Energy Communities represent for the energy transition. Thanks to Xavier Simòn from Universidade de Vigo, Luis Migue Macho from Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, Juan Sacri from Sapiens Energia and Jorge M. Blanco from the Axencia Galega de Desenvolvemento Rural – Adader for their participantion and collaboration in sharing their experience in this field.
