The vademecum The Energy Community, created by ENEA in collaboration with the Agency for Energy and Sustainable Development of Modena ( AESS ) and the University of Bologna, is online . The aim of the publication is to illustrate the world of energy communities as an instrument of ecological transition and contrasting climate change, capable of promoting a more conscious approach in the process of production, management and exchange of energy flows, with the possibility for the citizen to act not as a mere consumer, but as a “prosumer” or rather as a protagonist.
